What is your refund policy?
No refunds will be issued. This includes requests made due to injury, surgery, pregnancy, personal circumstances, date conflicts and professional commitments. This is an industry standard policy and not unique to our event. We will however allow race registrations to be transferred, simply use the contact us form and provide the person's name and email address that you would like to transfer your registration to. Making arrangements to transfer funds to cover the costs of registration will be the responsibility of participants.
Do you offer special registration for groups or teams?
This event is purposely being kept to a smaller number of participants. For that reason we are not able to offer discounts for group registrations.
Can I run or walk with an iPod or other personal music device?
The short answer is yes, however...We strongly encourage you to leave the music behind for this run. This is designed to be a social event where you can interact with other runners. We will also be running on open roads so it is important that you can hear if there are cars coming. If you dochose to run with music we ask that you keep the device volume low enough that you can hear other runners or volunteers while you are running
What timing device is the event using?
This is a fun run so there will not be a timing station set up for this event.
Are you allowed to push a jogging stroller?
Due to the nature of this event we will not allow jogging strollers to participate in this event. The course is hilly, the roads are open, and there is wine involved.
How many fluid stations are on the course?
We encourage you to carry your own water. We are working to identify some locations along the route to set up some self serve water stations but they are not approved yet.
Where does the run start?
The run will start in front of Grand River Cellars
